Yucaipa, CA – Candidate for State Senate District 23, Rosilicie Ochoa Bogh is proud to receive the endorsement of Assemblyman Tom Lackey.
Lackey was elected to the Assembly in 2014 and has been an outspoken advocate for special needs funding and public safety. In 2015, two separate organizations, Easter Seals and California Police Chief’s Organization, named him their legislator of the year. His impact as a legislator has been felt by many.
“I’m proud to endorse Rosilicie Ochoa Bogh for State Senate,” says Lackey. “I look forward to serving alongside a passionate public servant like Rosilicie Ochoa Bogh who will bring a common-sense plan of action to Sacramento.”
Ochoa Bogh is proud to be a lifelong Californian and had dedicated her adult life to serving her community. She serves on the East Valley Association of Realtors Board as well as the Yucaipa Chamber of Commerce and the Yucaipa School Board. As a legislator, she will take her experience as a community advocate to Sacramento and fight for the issues Californians really care about.
“Housing costs are out of control and the high tax rate unfairly burdens working families,” says Ochoa Bogh. “Most of those families don’t even see the benefits from the state they would expect from taxes that high. Our schools are in desperate need of help and we have to start de-regulating businesses if we want them to succeed and create good jobs for the people who live here.”
Rosilicie Ochoa Bogh is a wife, mother, former teacher, and Realtor who serves on the East Valley Association of Realtors Board as well as the Yucaipa Chamber of Commerce and the Yucaipa School Board. She has also been endorsed by the San Bernardino GOP, the Big Bear Republican Assembly, Riverside County GOP and the Republican Party of California.
